Afgelopen augustus was Apple zelf al niet aanwezig op de Apple Expo in Parijs. Op Apple Inc exits Bett despite inroads into schoolsn is te lezen dat dat Apple besloten heeft zich nu ook niet laat vertegenwoordigen op de BETT 2009. De afgelopen jaren namen Apple Solution Experts for Education en de Apple Distinguished Educators nog de honeurs waar.

Jammer. En opmerkelijk ook, te meer omdat het thema van de BETT in 2009 helemaal des Apples is: Learning Creatively through technology. Vraag ik me toch af of de aanwezigheid van de ASE’s op de NOT ook op de tocht staat.
